​Coach Shawn Regan: Head Coach of the Hot Springs Bathers--2023 Champions.
Coach Shawn Regan is an exciting addition to the NSCL Leadership! With nearly 30 years spent in the dugout, including 7 as the 1st Head Coach in Arkansas Baptist College history, Coach Regan brings extensive experience to directing the league in 2026 as NSCL's General Manager.

​Coach Pete Southall: Head Coach of the Hot Springs Arlingtons--2022 Champions
Former Henderson State University head coach, Pete Southall, spent his career working with pitchers across all levels and has 20+ years in the dugout.
Coach Southall is a man of strong faith and has showed great excitement working with our players.

The NSCL celebrates Coach Bailey Butler for serving multiple roles in his four years with the NSCL--mainly as the charismatic head coach of The Jockeys. Butler, a native of Little Rock, played baseball at Mayflower High School where he was on a team that captured 4 consecutive conference titles, won 4 straight district titles, and earned 4 state tournament appearances in a row. Butler was a member of the 2015 AAA State Champion Mayflower Eagles Baseball Team. Coach Butler played at Lyon College in 2018 before starting his coaching career and is currently on the Joe T. Robinson High School coaching staff.
